What Wyoming Is Saying

Between November and January, my organization ran a food pantry to support local Veterans. After seeing a single Facebook post, Lisa Engebretsen reached out to me and asked if she could contribute. She and her daughter soon arrived with literally a pickup truck loaded with well over $1,000 worth of food — including meat, dairy, bread, and everything else we had requested to feed hungry Veterans in Natrona County.

Lisa is a true friend to Veterans. She gave selflessly and generously to ensure our Veterans wouldn’t go hungry during the holiday season. She asked for no reward, no reception, and no publicity — only the chance to help.
